At Unique Support Services, we provide a wide range of person-centered programs designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and support their families. Whether it's independent living, community involvement, or personal development, our services are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs — all delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Supported Living

Our Supported Living programs are designed to promote independence while ensuring the safety and comfort of each individual. Whether someone lives in one of our shared group homes, in their own space with Supported Independent Living (SIL) assistance, or with a loving Host Family, we work closely with individuals and their families to create an environment where they feel secure, valued, and supported. We also offer specialized living services for those with more complex care needs, ensuring that everyone receives the tailored support they deserve.

Community Supports & Respite

We understand the importance of connection and the need for rest. Through our Community Participation Supports (CPS), individuals are encouraged to engage in meaningful activities, build relationships, and take part in their community. Our Employment Supports help participants gain the skills and confidence needed to pursue job opportunities and achieve personal goals. For families and caregivers, we offer both Adult and Children’s Respite services, giving them time to recharge while knowing their loved ones are in safe, caring hands. Our Family Camp provides a joyful space for families to bond, learn, and grow together in a supportive environment.

Individualized Services

We believe that each person’s journey is unique, which is why our Individualized Services are centered around personal growth and empowerment. Through Facilitated Personal Planning, we work one-on-one with individuals to define their goals, dreams, and pathways forward. We also offer a variety of life skills courses, classes, and workshops — from communication and daily living skills to recreational and creative expression — all aimed at building confidence and independence.
